Conley Cares Foundation (CCF) is the charitable and community impact arm of Ebony Women Health Corp., dedicated to advancing health, education, and economic opportunity for individuals and families across generations. Through innovative, family-centered programs, CCF empowers children, parents, caregivers, and seniors with the resources, knowledge, and support needed to build healthier lives, achieve educational success, and create sustainable pathways to prosperity.

The Legacy of Love Fund™ provides short-term emergency assistance to families experiencing unexpected hardships or crises. Through financial support, resource navigation, and community referrals, the program helps families stabilize during difficult times and access the resources they need to move forward with confidence.
AscendNex Leaders™ is a youth leadership and educational enrichment program serving children and teens ages 5–18. Through academic support, STEM exploration, financial literacy, leadership development, and community engagement, participants gain the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in school, careers, and life.
Unboxed Identity™ is a youth mental wellness and self-discovery program designed to help young people develop confidence, emotional resilience, and a positive sense of self. Through mentorship, creative expression, leadership development, and wellness education, participants are empowered to embrace their unique identity and realize their full potential.
The First Generation Healthcare Scholars™ Program provides scholarship support and mentorship opportunities to first-generation college students pursuing careers in healthcare. By investing in future professionals, the program helps expand educational access and strengthen the next generation of healthcare leaders.
The MENtal Reset™ is a men's mental health and wellness initiative focused on promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth among men and boys. Through support circles, educational workshops, mentorship, and wellness programming, the initiative creates safe spaces for healing, connection, and empowerment.
ElevateX365™ is a year-round player development program supporting youth from underserved communities and single-parent households. Going beyond athletic performance, the program focuses on leadership, character development, academic accountability, mentorship, and life skills that prepare young athletes for success on and off the field.
In partnership with Ebony Women Health Corp., the Pathway to Maternal Health Careers™ Program introduces students to careers in maternal health through mentorship, professional development, career exposure, internships, and hands-on learning experiences. The program develops a diverse pipeline of future professionals committed to advancing maternal health and health equity.
