Becoming Her Again is a 6-week virtual maternal mental health program designed for mothers of color seeking healing, balance, and emotional renewal. Through guided group sessions, culturally affirming practices, and evidence-based strategies, this program helps participants reclaim their sense of self while contributing to groundbreaking research that shapes future maternal wellness resources.
