Introducing Ebony Women Health Corp, A Premium Care & Equity Firm.
We help healthcare systems, institutions, and organizations improve outcomes for women of color through culturally grounded consulting, training, courses, and curriculum development.
Our approach
At Ebony Women Health Corp, we believe equity is achieved through culture, data, and lived experience. Our approach centers the voices of Women of Color by building a dynamic database of their stories and experiences—transforming these narratives into actionable insights through our AI-Driven Storytelling System, EchoHer.
By integrating narrative data with evidence-based strategies, we help corporations, healthcare systems, and academic institutions redesign their resources, programs, and policies for measurable impact. Through community engagement, data integration, and continuous improvement, we move organizations beyond surface-level equity efforts—creating meaningful, sustainable change that improves care, strengthens workplaces, and advances health equity.
EchoHer Community App Is Finally Here!
This is more than an app — it’s a movement. EchoHer is a safe, intentional community where we transform our stories into data, advocacy, and action. Here, every voice matters. Every experience becomes part of a collective push for better care, accountability, and systemic change.
Centering care and culture to drive meaningful systems change.
We root our work in community wisdom and lived experience to help organizations build culturally grounded, people-first care systems.
Equity isn’t theory—it’s action informed by data.
We transform ideas into measurable, sustainable interventions that advance health equity for women of color across institutions and systems.
We treat lived experience as expertise.
By elevating the voices of Women of Color, we co-create solutions that are authentic, effective, and rooted in real-life impact.
